November 2022 Escalation Release

Implemented the following for the NY Partner Project Fact records:

• Created the Program Selection Criteria, Program Outcome, Industry Partner Type, Internship/Apprenticeship Codes, and Career Pathway validation tables and inserted valid records into them.

• Created the Partner Project Fact download table.

• Created the NY Partner Project Fact Information page.

• Added the Partner Project Fact download table to the Download Search and Download Summary pages.

• Added Project ID, Start Date, and End Date under the program codes (4026, 4027, 4037, and 4047).

• Student data will be inserted into the Partner Project Fact download table when we run Partner Project Fact under NY Student Downloads.

• Added the Program Selection Criteria 1, Internship/Apprenticeship Name, Paid Internship Indicator, and Post Project Job Title business rules.

• Updated the processing to extract the data from the Partner Project Fact download table into a CSV file.
