NY Student Downloads (Student Digital Access)

Updated the data type from varchar to date time and added logic to convert the data from string to date format for Survey Date to the Student Digital Access download.
The following date formats (m/d/yy, mm/dd/yy, mm/d/yyyy, m/dd/yyyy, m/dd/yy, mm/d/yy, yyyy/mm/dd, m/d/yyyy, and mm/dd/yyyy) will be supported in the reg_user table and it will be converted to (YYYY-MM-DD) format in the download and extract.

If an invalid date format is updated in the reg_user table, the error message: “Survey Date is missing valid date format for student ID” is entered in the log file.
