ESP-72476	NY Attendance Setup	The Crosswalk table should be used to convert only the state attendance codes. The Attendance codes (P-IN, P-OUT) will not be converted into (PRSNT-IN, PRSNT-OUT) using the Crosswalk table (NY_CROSSWALK_ATT_CODE).
ESP-72084	Building Course Catalog	Added course codes related to the Course Instructor Assignment Template from 99009 to 99015 under the State Course Information drop-down list. 99009 - Special Class (SelfContained) - PreK 99012 – Blind & Visually Impaired 99013 – Deaf & Hard of Hearing 99014 – Speech & Language Disabilities 99015 - Bilingual Speech & Language Disabilities
ESP-71842	Run OCR Reports	Updated the process to restrict special characters in the task name field because a special character (like #) in the task name creates the report file but cannot be opened.
ESP-71762	NY Student Download	Added a SQL Query to retrieve the ELL Service Level field value and insert the value in the Program Intensity column of the Program Fact download when the student is identified as ELL Eligible. An error message is populated in the log file if the ELL Service Level field is blank and the insert process is stopped.
