District-Defined Data Generation

Registration > Utilities > Tools > Generate District-Defined Data

This option is used to add NJ SMART data for the first time.

  1. Click on Registration > Utilities > Tools > Generate District-Defined Data.
  2. You will get a list of all of your Registration district-defined pages.
  3. Select the page to mass add data to your students in the District Defined Page field. The fields from the district-defined page will appear under the Prompts panel.
  4. Search on a particular group of students under the Selected Students panel. You may enter a Student ID or click the Name field to search for students based on desired criteria.
  5. Once your search is completed, all the matching students are listed in the Selected Students panel. You may add more students individually by typing their Student ID or searching for a Student Name in the dropdown. You may remove any students from the list by clicking on the Delete checkbox and then clicking on the Load button at the top of the page.
  6. Enter the information. You may fill in any of the fields listed on the page.
  7. Click the Run button & the information will be added to all of the students listed in the Selected Students section.
