Define the appropriate state values for the district's local grade codes in the State Code Equiv field.

Building Configuration

Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Building Definition

Make sure that all buildings in your District that you are reporting to the state have a value in the State Equivalency field on the Preferences panel. Buildings in other Districts are stored in the State Building of Residence validation table that PowerSchool loads for you.
