State Equivalency Code: Make sure that you have your State Assigned County District Code in the State Equivalency Code field in the Other panel.

Hide Staff Social Security Numbers Using Security

You can restrict a user from viewing Staff members' Social Security Number in eSchoolPlus. 

If REG-SETUP-FIELD security is not assigned to the user, then permissions are determined by REG-SETUP-STAFFDISTR security.

If REG-SETUP-FIELD security is assigned to the user, then permissions are determined by REG-SETUP-SSN: 

• If the user is not granted REG-SETUP-SSN, then the field will not display.
• If the user has read access for REG-SETUP-SSN, then the field will display as read-only.
• If the user has write access for REG-SETUP-SSN, then the field will display and the user will be able to edit the value.
