Offense Actions Table

Define State Code Equiv values for all local codes for an action where a discipline offender is removed from the educational setting.  Missouri state Discipline Removal Codes are as follows:  ISS – In School Suspension, OSS – Out of School Suspension, EXP – Expulsion, and UR – Unilateral Removal.  The MOSIS Discipline download creates records only for incidents where the offender has an Action Code with one of these State Code Equiv codes.

Incident/Offense Codes Table

Define the State Code Equiv value for offenses that should be reported for MOSIS.

Enter a unique value in the Severity Order field to indicate the priority for each reportable offense, with one having the highest priority. This field is used to determine which record to report in a case where an offender has multiple offenses for the same incident. Note that the MOSIS Discipline download will only include records for offense codes that have a severity order entered.

Weapons Table

Define the State Code Equiv value for weapons that should be reported for MOSIS.

Enter a unique value in the Severity Order field to indicate the priority for each reportable weapon, with one having the highest priority. This field is used to determine which record to report in a case where an offender has multiple weapons for the same incident.
