The following fields are required for state reporting:

County of Residence, District of Residence and District Enrollment Date. District Enrollment Date is a date-tracked field for all Michigan districts.

The Title III LEP/Immigrant component lets you report both a student's Home Language (Primary Language characteristic) and Native Language (Home Language characteristic).

The SDS Download logs a warning if a Title III LEP and Immigrant student reports only a Primary Language of English without a secondary Home Language (Native Language from the Registration page). The download still includes the student in this case.
