The following fields are important for State Reporting: Race, Meal Status, Homeless, 504 Plan, IEP, Residency, Country of Birth, and UIC Number (may be named something slightly different at your District). 

Fields that are hyperlinks are date/program tracked. Your District may have fewer or more fields date tracked (program tracked) on this page. The student's 504 Plan status can also be updated from the MI SDS page, Section 504 field.

Residency is date-tracked for all Michigan districts.
