In order to send the Course Completion Code for elementary courses, you must create report card records for all buildings and issue a final mark for all courses.
For schools that previously did not schedule, you will be required to complete minimum mark reporting processing. You will need to run the Scheduling/RC Synchronization to create records and you will need to enter marks. Your building must set up:

MR Building Configuration (if your building is already using Standards and Competencies, you may not need to set this up)

Report Card Mark Types (you only need to set up one mark type in the RC Mark Types Issued Once Per Year)

Level Tables (you should set up a Mark for each of the Course Completion Status Codes that are valid for Elementary Courses, probably Pass and Fail and Withdrawn Passing and Withdrawn Failing)
