Mark Reporting Setup

In order to send the Course Completion Code for elementary courses, you must create report card records for all buildings and issue a final mark for all courses.

For schools that previously did not schedule, you will be required to complete minimum mark reporting processing. You will need to run the Scheduling/RC Synchronization to create records and you will need to enter marks. Your building must set up:

  • MR Building Configuration (if your building is already using Standards and Competencies, you may not need to set this up)
  • Report Card Mark Types (you only need to set up one mark type in the RC Mark Types Issued Once Per Year)
  • Level Tables (you should set up a Mark for each of the Course Completion Status Codes that are valid for Elementary Courses, probably Pass and Fail and Withdrawn Passing and Withdrawn Failing)
