Showing the Student UIC in Reports
The Include State ID on Reports checkbox lets you choose to display a student's UIC (State ID) on official documents produced through eSchoolPlus. This value comes from the student's Personal page.
Specifically, the student state ID shows in the following areas:

Printable Attendance Year View (Attendance > All > Student > Year View)

The end of an Attendance letters merge file (Attendance > All > Attendance Communications > Send Communications)

Medical Card Report (Medical > All > Reports > Medical Card)

Medical Daily Log Report (Medical > All > Reports > Daily Log)

Discipline Student Detail Report for student offenders, victims, and witnesses (Interventions > All > Reports > Student Incident Detail)

Discipline/Attendance Verification Report (Interventions > All > Reports > Incident Action/Attendance Verification)
