You must ensure the following are set for MI State Reporting Processing (the other fields may be set as defined by your school district).

Showing the Student UIC in Reports
The Include State ID on Reports checkbox lets you choose to display a student's UIC (State ID) on official documents produced through eSchoolPlus. This value comes from the student's Personal page.
Specifically, the student state ID shows in the following areas:
- Printable Attendance Year View (Attendance > All > Student > Year View)
- The end of an Attendance letters merge file (Attendance > All > Attendance Communications > Send Communications)
- Medical Card Report (Medical > All > Reports > Medical Card)
- Medical Daily Log Report (Medical > All > Reports > Daily Log)
- Discipline Student Detail Report for student offenders, victims, and witnesses (Interventions > All > Reports > Student Incident Detail)
- Discipline/Attendance Verification Report (Interventions > All > Reports > Incident Action/Attendance Verification)
