ESP-63795	MI SDS and SDS Downloads	If the student belongs to Early/Middle college, the validation was written as either the fiscal entity code or building override should have a value; otherwise, customer will receive a warning message in the log file mentioning the same. As per customer request, removed this validation and added validation for the S2E2 field. If the student belongs to Early/Middle college, the S2E2 field should have a value or it will populate a warning message in the log file.
