Attendance Setup

Attendance information is reported to the State as Days Attended, so you must have Attendance Views set up that convert partial absences to full day absences.

Attendance View Setup

Administration > Attendance Setup > Setup > Attendance View Setup

Define a view to use for state reporting. Select this view when building download records for collections that include student attendance.

Note the codes that are equivalent to absences. You'll also specify these absence codes when you build download records.
