If a student is in third grade and is hard of hearing or deaf, he/she must have a value of 02, 03 or 12 in the open vector for the MDDISABL program.

Entering Program End Dates in Maryland

If a student stops participating in or is no longer eligible for a program or service, you must make the Program End Date the day after the last day the student was in the program. For example, if a student is no longer homeless on April 13, 2019, you should enter 04/14/2018 in the Program End Date field.
