Field | Description |

Title I | Checked if the student is participating in Title I programs. |
Students with Disability | Checked if the student has a special education disability. |
Students with 504 Plan | Checked if the student is participating in a 504 plan. |
Students Elig for Free/Reduced | Checked if the student is eligible for Free or Reduced lunches (FARMS program). |
Students with LEP | Checked if the student is classified as Limited English Proficiency or is an English Language Learner. |
Special Ed Certificate | Used to indicate if a student has received a Special Education Certificate. |
Foreign ed Certificate | Used to indicate if a student has received a Foreign Education Certificate. |
