ESP-93929	IL Download ISBE Submission Files	Updated the ISBE Download and Extract for the STUATTEND file for View Type IWAS: All expected students are included in the STUATTEND file. If a student is enrolled in building A but taking courses in building B, and the RCDTS serving building has a value of B, then only building B data should be included in the IL Attendance based on day totals data. If both buildings are covered by the RCDTS, the data from both buildings should be included in the IL Attendance.
ESP-94846	IL Eye Examination Report	Consolidated grade records with the same State Code Equivalency value into a single grade for the IL Eye Examination Report.
ESP-94419	IL IAR Pre-ID	Updated the layout of the IAR PNP Pre-ID File to match the layout of the PNP/Student Registration report in PAN.
