ESP-75654Validation Tables (Biliteracy English Proficiency)

Updated the following in the Biliteracy English Proficiency validation table for the Method of Demonstrating English Proficiency field in the IL Seal of Biliteracy:

  • The description of the code 09 to Score of 5 on the AP English Language and Composition Exam.
  • The Active column of the code 10 from N to Y.

Added code 11 with description: Score of 3 on the AP English Language and Composition Exam.
