Use this page to track Entry and Progress Rating information for the Early Childhood Outcome program. This data is used in the ISBE Early Childhood Outcome file.

Each row on this page is a separate record. Choose whether the row is for an Entry Rating or a Progress Rating. The Rating Type selection determines whether Entry Rating or Progress Rating fields are updated when you create the Early Childhood Outcome file.

This selection determines whether Entry Rating or Progress Rating fields are updated for this record when you create the Early Childhood Outcome file.

Rating Date

Date when the Early Childhood Outcome program rating occurred.

Home RCDTS for the school conducting the Early Childhood Outcome program rating.

Social Rel, Use and Know, and Take Action Ratings dropdowns

Select the appropriate level for each rating category.

MP (Made Progress) checkboxes for Social Rel, Use and Know, and Take Action

The MP checkboxes only apply for the Progress Rating Type.

Checked if the student made progress for a rating category.

Parent Invol

Setting indicating how information was obtained from the family to include in determining the summary ratings on the Early Childhood Outcomes Summary Form.

LEA or Admin, EC Teacher, Psyc/Soc Work, Speech/Lang, and Other checkboxes

Check the appropriate box(es) regarding the personnel who participated in the program rating.

Primary assessment used to determine the summary rating.
