Where Does the IL Immunization Report Data Come From?

Field Name	Where in eSchoolPlus?	Field Information
Numbers Of students (Total)	Total number of students from Entry/Withdrawal records	Distinct number of students for each building for the given Building/Date Range
Numbers Of students (Protected and in compliance): Series (If the vaccination code is set up as series) Non series (If the vaccination code is set up as non series)	Number of students who have completed the series successfully and where there is no exemption for the vaccination for the student Number of students who have had the vaccination and where there is no exemption
Numbers Of Students (Religious Objections)	Number of students who have an Exemption of R – Religious (same for Series or Single Vaccinations)
Numbers Of students (Medical Reason)	Number of students who have an Exemption of M – Medical (same for Series or Single Vaccinations)
Numbers Of students (Approved Schedule)	Number of students who have a status of IP for a series vaccination
Numbers Of students(Unprotected and in non compliance)	Number of students who have not had the vaccination.
