Fields	Description
Buildings	Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Calendar List	Select the Calendars the report will check for membership and attendance data. Excluding a Calendar means the report will also exclude membership and attendance for students with that calendar assigned in the date range you specify. You should use the same Calendar selections when you run the IL School Report Card option for a particular building so you get consistent results between these reports.
View Type	Required. Dropdown of view types. Select the Attendance View Type associated with absences that will be included in the report.
Absence Codes	Required. Select the absence codes the report will count when calculating absence and attendance totals.
Dates	Required. Enter start and end dates.
Field to use for Claimable / Non-claimable	Required. Options are Curriculum or Residency. Choose how you track claimable and non-claimable students. This determines the codes available in the Claimable Codes and Non Claimable Codes fields. It does not apply to the Claimable Out of District Codes prompt.
Claimable Codes	Required. Multiselect list of either Residency Codes or Curriculum codes (depending which is selected in Field to Use above).
Non Claimable Codes	Required. Multiselect list of either Residency Codes or Curriculum codes (depending which is selected in Field to Use above).
Field to use for Claimable Out of District Codes	Select which student field you use to track claimable out-of-district status, Residency from the Personal page or Curriculum from the Academic page.
Claimable Out of District Codes	Select the code or codes you use to identify a claimable out-of-district student. The code list is based on your selection for the previous Field to use prompt.
Print Details	Checkbox for whether to create the Detail Report.
Print Summary	Checkbox for whether to create the Summary Report.
Log Statistics	Checkbox whether to include Prompt info in reports.
