Fields	Description
Building	Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Start Date	Required. Date.
End Date	Required. Date.
View Type	Required. Dropdown of view types.
Absence Codes	Required. Select the absence codes to include.
Field to use for Claimable / Non-claimable	Required. Options are Curriculum or Residency. Choose how you track claimable,non-claimable students.
Claimable Codes	Required. Multiselect list of either Residency Codes or Curriculum codes (depending which is selected in Field to Use above).
Non Claimable Codes	Required. Multiselect list of either Residency Codes or Curriculum codes (depending which is selected in Field to Use above).
Print Enrollment / Claimability Details	Checkbox for whether to create the Enrollment Claimability Detail report.
Print Enrollment / Claimability Summary	Checkbox for whether to create the Enrollment Claimability Summary report.
Print Late Entry / Early Withdrawal	Checkbox for whether to create the Late Enrollment / Early Withdrawal report.
Log Statistics	Checkbox whether to include Prompt Information in reports.
