IL End Of Year Report | PowerSchool eSchoolPlus SIS

The IL Year End Report prints a Year-End 3 Page report for each building selected in the prompts. If you run for all buildings you will get a report with 3 pages for each building processed. This option provides the information you need to complete the End of Year report through your ISBE Web Application Security (IWAS) account.

Fields	Description
School Year	Required. Default to current School Year if blank.
Building	Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Start Date	Enter a start date for the report.
End Date	Enter an end date for the report.
View Type	Required. Dropdown of att_view_hdr.view_type and description for the prompted buildings.
Absence Codes	Required. Multiselect list of att_code values for the prompted school year.
Truant Absence Codes	Required. Multiselect list of att_code values for the prompted school year.
Dropout Withdrawal Codes	Required. Multiselect list of regtb_withdrawal codes.
Economically Disadvantaged Codes	Required. Multiselect list of regtb_meal_status codes indicating that the student is economically disadvantaged.
Summer Graduation Date	Date.
End of Year Graduation Date	Required. Date.
Suspension Codes	Required. Multiselect list of disctb_off_action codes.
Expulsion Codes	Required. Multiselect list of disctb_off_action codes.
No Pass No Play Codes	Multiselect list of disctb_off_action codes.
Physical Fighting Codes	Multiselect list of disc_incident_code.
Weapon Possession Codes	Multiselect list of disc_incident_code.
Alcohol Related Codes	Multiselect list of disc_incident_code.
Illicit Drug Related Codes	Multiselect list of disc_incident_code.
Elementary School Codes	Required. Multiselect list of regtb_bldg_type.
Middle School Codes	Required. Multiselect list of regtb_bldg_type.
High School Codes	Required. Multiselect list of regtb_bldg_type.
Area of District in Square Miles	Numeric value.
Number of Main Schools Completed this year in district	Numeric value.
Number of Permanent Additions Completed this year in district	Numeric value.
Exclude Grades	Enter grades that you want to exclude from the End of Year Report.
Detailed Reports: Suspension Report	Checked if you want to print the Suspension Detail report. This report can be used to verify that suspension data has been entered properly.
Detailed Reports: Expulsion Report	Checked if you want to print the Expulsion Detail report. This report can be used to verify that expulsion data has been entered properly.
