Disability Panel on the Emergency Page

Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Emergency

For students with disabilities as defined by ISBE, you must enter the disability on the Emergency page. You may enter as many disabilities as you want on this screen, but for Illinois State Reporting, we will only pull the disability with a Priority of 1. If you decide to track more than one disability on this screen and the student should be reported to the State as having Multiple Disabilities, select the ISBE code for Multiple Disabilities first and give it a Priority of 1.
