  • Added a new menu for report generation: Regulatory - Reports - IL Bullying Prevention Report.

  • Enabled generation of the IL Racism & Bullying Prevention Report, effective for the 2024-2025 school year, meeting state reporting requirements.

  • Provided functionality to extract Bullying Prevention data in CSV format, aligned with the required file layout and data formatting guidelines.

• Conditions and Validations (aligned with ISBE Report Template)

  • Additional Requirements - Verified Bullying:

    • If either the Verified Bullying field is marked as Y, the related fields (columns AE-BC: none, race, color, religion, and so on) are required.

    • If both the Verified Bullying fields are marked as N, the fields in columns AE-BC should remain blank.

  • Allegation Status Requirements:

    • Allegation Status must be coded as:

      • 1 = Founded

      • 2 = Unfounded

      • 3 = Investigation Pending

    • If Allegation Status is coded as 3, the Investigation Pending Additional Information fields (columns V-AA) are required.

    • If Allegation Status is coded as 1 or 2, the Investigation Pending Additional Information fields (columns AB-AE) should remain blank.

  • Date Investigation resolved:

    • Required whenever the Allegation Status is coded as 1 or 2.
