These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-59173	State Courses and ASIS Student Download Summary	Student End Of Year Status, Federal/State Compensatory Project Evaluation, and Student Additional Funding are updated for the following FL 2020-2021 changes: State Reporting ID is made not mandatory and replaced with fillers. Warning or error messages will not be logged for blank State Reporting ID. FLEID is made mandatory. If a student FLEID is blank, FL000000000000 will be defaulted for that FLEID and a warning message will be logged as “Student does not have Florida Education Identifier(FLEID), a default value FL000000000000 is being used.“
ESP-59172	State Courses and ASIS Student Download Summary	Dropout Prevention Program Data is updated for the following FL 2020-2021 changes: Added validation for Florida Education Identifier (FLEID). Removed validation for State Reporting ID. Updated the values for fillers in the extract file. In the download log file, no warning message will be logged for State Reporting ID. If a student FLEID is blank, FL000000000000 will be defaulted for that FLEID and a warning message will be logged as “Student does not have Florida Education Identifier(FLEID), a default value FL000000000000 is being used.“

ESP-58991	ASIS Migrant	Migrant Residency Verification Date field is added to the Migrant Student record for migratory children aged birth through 21 years old. Migrant Residency Verification Date field is updated in FASTER download, extract and import for I11 record.
ESP-54570	FASTER Download	The FL FASTER printable transcript is updated to assign correct triple value for the Multi-Birth field.
