Import Faster Transcript and Attach Faster Import

Updated the error scenarios with resolution:

• Attach Faster Import page can attach transcripts for multiple students at a time without any errors on saving.

• Transcripts were not generated if the student did not have transcript records in the import submission file.

• Students are not loaded with the previous student’s records if the student does not have transcript records in the import submission file.
