Updated the following FL 2022-2023 Data Element requirements:

• Added code 'WEL' with description: Standard High School Diploma for ELL in the Diploma Type validation table.

• Added code 'S' with description: Educational Services for Neglected Students in the Dropout Program validation table.

• Added code 'D' for DJJ students with description: Student enrolled in a DJJ program w/intent to take HS Equivalency Exam in the Curricula validation table.

• Updated the active column to inactive for code 'M’ in the Educational Choice validation table.

• Updated the active column to inactive for code ‘3518’ in the Current Enrollment School validation table.

• Updated the active column to inactive for McKay Survey Period codes (Surveys A, B, C, and D) in the Survey Period validation table.
