ASIS Student Additional Funding

Added business logic for Dual Enrollment Additional FTE Survey-5 fields. For the College Board Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma and Academic Dual Enrolment Associate Degree fields, values entered in the UI is considered.

For the Academic Dual Enrollment Course field, the available UI value is considered; or if the value is empty, the FTE value is calculated by backed business logic as follows:

Student will receive 0.16 FTE, who has completed a general education core course through a dual enrollment program and receive a grade of “A” or better and enrolled in an early college program.
Student will receive 0.08 FTE, who has completed a general education core course through a dual enrollment program and receive a grade of “A” or better and not enrolled in an early college program.
