ESP-80338	Attach FASTER Import	Added a validation check in the Attach FASTER Import page to validate the Transcript file. If there is no file to attach, a warning message will be displayed.
ESP-80088	FL FASTER Download	Increased the Legal Name text field size to store 42 characters and added a validation check to stop printing Legal Name in multiple lines for the FL Faster Transcript file.
