August 2021 Minor Maintenance Release

Added five validation conditions for ASIS Exceptional Student Program:

1. When Primary is selected with Dismissal Date as blank and Exceptionality not in L, Z (all three conditions met), then Eligibility Determination Date must be entered.
2. When Primary is selected with Dismissal Date as blank and Exceptionality not in L, Z (all three conditions met), then Evaluation Completion Date must be entered.
3. When Primary is selected with Dismissal Date as blank and Exceptionality not in L, Z (all three conditions met), then Placement Date must be entered.
4. If Placement Date is entered, then Placement Date must be greater than or equal to Eligibility Determination Date.
5. If Placement Status is selected as P, Evaluation Completion Date must be less than or equal to Eligibility Determination Date and Consent Date must be less than or equal to Evaluation Completion Date.

Added a validation when saving the Attendance Absence Code and Attendance View Type mandatory fields in the FL Building Setup page. If there is a null value in these fields, a warning message is displayed instead of Object Null Exception.
