This page is used to enter screenings data for individual students. You may enter screenings for the following areas:
- Dental
- Growth
- Hearing
- Physicals
- Scoliosis
- Vision
- Other Exams
To enter a new screening, click the Add button on the panel for the desired area and enter the date of the screening.
Note: When adding a screening for Other Exams, there is a drop-down field to select the Exam Type.
This data is used to report Questions 32, 33, and 34 on the Health Services Report.
