If student is eligible for CA101, CA127, CA144, or has a meal status that is equivalent to 181 or 182, this value will be set to 1 for Eligible (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Programs, first field on these programs is Eligible). If a student is participating in CA101, CA127, CA144, or has a meal status that is equivalent to 181 or 182, this value will be a 3 for participating. For all other programs, this value will always be 3.
