The following table shows the CALPADS field numbers, field names, the eSchoolPlus Tables and Columns and where the data is coming from in eSchoolPlus for the Student Discipline State file.

To view the Most Severe Offense discipline incident district-defined page, select Interventions > All > Office > Incident Detail > click appropriate Incident link > Other Incident Information panel > Most Severe Offense – Most Severe Offense field.

To view all Offenses associated with the incident, select Interventions > All > Office > Incident Detail > click appropriate Incident link > Offenders panel – review all listed Offenses.

To see assigned Severity Orders for offenses, select Administration > General Setup > District > Validation Tables > select Discipline > Incident Codes – Severity Order field.

To view the State Equivalent Code, select Administration > General Setup > District > Validation Tables > select Discipline > Incident Codes – State Equivalent Code.

Weapon Category Code

If Student Offense Code = 100, 101, 103, 104, or 105, then Y. Else N

If Disp Action Authority Code field is blank but at least one of the "Required If" conditions applies, then the Student Discipline file defaults a value of 10 – School or district personnel.
