October 2022 Major Maintenance Release

ESP-79505	Test Score Import Definition and Test Definition	Created the Test Score Import Definition and Test Definition setup to import the ELPAC Summative test scores of students to be able to have the latest score data in the system. Added Test Score Import Definition for ELS22 Interface and uploaded Summative_ELPAC_Student_Score_Data_File_TestedStudentScoreData_2022.
ESP-78782	Student Download Search and Student Download Summary	Added the Correction Reason Code column to the Student English Language Acquisition (SELA) Cert Download table (CA_STUDENT_ELA_CERT).
ESP-78774	Create CALPADS Extract/State Files	The download of the Student Absence Summary submission file was failing for the ISAC data submission period if there was a prior download for the EOY3 data submission period for the same census date. This has been resolved.
ESP-77646	Attendance Summary Register Report	Updated the processing to not report negative totals for the Primary Grades in the Days Not Enrolled column of the Attendance Summary Register Report.
