Medical Setup

California School Immunization Record (Blue Card)

If your district will be using eSchoolPlus to track immunizations and screenings and wants to print the School Immunization Record from the system, verify that the following setups are completed and correct.

Medical Building Configuration

For each of the required buildings, a medical configuration record must exist. There are no special values required on the setup for California.

Vaccinations and State Equivalency Codes

Menu path: Select Administration from the main menu, select General Setup submenu, select District, and then select Validation Tables. You must select Medical Records for Applications and Vaccinations for Validation Table.

The following Vaccinations and State Codes Equivalent values must be defined.
