PSSR-349135 | eSchoolPlus: 'StudentAcceleratedEducationPlan (E3083)' data element to be included in the DEX under PEIMS Student Accelerated Education Plan | A new data element 'StudentAcceleratedEducationPlan (E3083)' has been added to the DEX under Student Accelerated Education Plan. This data element indicates whether a student did not perform satisfactorily on an assessment instrument for two or more consecutive years in the same subject area and the school district developed an accelerated education plan. The data type is Boolean (TRUE/FALSE). The field will return TRUE if there is an entry for the current school year, otherwise FALSE. This new element will be published under EXT similar to other elements. |
PSSR-354020 | eSchoolPlus: Add School Filtering when Publishing Staff Assignments | A School Filtering feature has been added to the system for Publishing Staff Assignments. When Staff Assignments are published, schools with the 'do not report 020 to PEIMS' flag set will be filtered out to prevent duplicate publishing for schools with the same School ORG ID value. This enhancement was suggested by a customer and was deemed reasonable after discussion. The 'do not report 020 to PEIMS' flag can have values of null, N, or Y, with the school being excluded if the value is Y. |
PSSR-342336 | eSchoolPlus: Associate Degree Updates for Summer PEIMS - eSP | The update modifies the Associate Degree Indicator values for Summer PEIMS, allowing '0' and '1' before January 2024 and '2' through '6' after that date. This change impacts PriorYearLeavers and StudentAcademicRecords. For eSP, the sources for PriorYearLeavers remain the same, but the values '0' and '1' are no longer valid. |
PSSR-341344 | eSchoolPlus: Publish multiple service sets as array in Staff Assignments | The code has been modified to publish multiple service sets as an array in Staff Assignments where multiple StaffServiceSets apply to one Staff Assignment. Currently, only the most recent one is published. This change affects PS and eSP profiles only, as the HR profile already includes this functionality. Confirmation has been received that multiple service records are accepted as per the relevant document. |
